Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

We offer one shipping option depending on your location:

Local Shipping (within Egypt)
- Cairo and near: 2–4 business days
- Elsewhere: 4-5 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or customs procedures.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and shipping method.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time (conditions will be specified).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your package directly on the courier’s website.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Delivery Issues

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and items.
Missing items must also be reported within 48 hours so we can investigate with the courier.
