Refund policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item has a manufacturing defect. Any manufacturing issue must be reported within 14 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return due to a manufacturing defect:
The issue must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

with a clear description of the issue along with photos or videos showing the defect. Our team will review the case and guide you through the next steps if the return is approved.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you discover a manufacturing defect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds
If your return due to a manufacturing defect is approved, we will notify you once the item is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
